Subsoiler
It consistes of beam made of high carbon steel, beam supports which are flanged at upper and lower edges for rigidity, hollow steel asaptor welded to bottom end of the beam to accommodate share base, share base having square section, share plate made from high carbon steel and shank drilled and counter bored for set board which secures the base inthe adaptor. Share plate is made from high carbon steel, hardened and tempered to suitable hardness. Two symmetrically located bolt holes allow reversibility of share. The working depth of the subsoiler is controlled by hydraulic system linkage of tractor. |

No till drill consistes of frame, seesd box, fertilizer box, seed metering mechanism, fertilizer metering mechanism, seed tubes, furrow openers, seed adjusting lever and transport cum power transmitting wheel The frame is made from mild steel box section. The tynes are mounted with the help of clamps, to obtain infinite row spacing . The main difference between No- till drill machine and conventional drill is that it has narrow shovels known as inverted T-type furrow openers instead of tyne type furrow openers. The main advantage of narrow shovels is lower draft ewquirement and easier penetration in the soil. |

Tractor Mounted Direct Rice Seeder
It is an attachment to the commercially available tractor mounted cultivator for direct sowing of paddy in dry land conditions. The direct seeder consistes of seed box, seed metering disc, ground wheel, cultivator shovel, furrow closer, clutch lever, power drive system, and frame. The seed metering mechanism consistes of discs fitted with cups mounted close to its periphery. During operation, disc rotate, the cup pick up rice seeds from the hopper and delivers inthe outlet attached to furrow opener with PVC tubes. |

Tractor Mounted Vertical Conveyor Reaper
The machine consists of a 76 mm pitch reciprocating cutter bar assembly, seven crop row dividers, 2 vertical conveyor belts fitted with lugs, pressure springs, pulleys and gearbox for the power transmission system. The crop row dividers are fitted in front of the cutter bar assembly and the star wheels are mounted over the crop row dividers. The machine is mounted in front of the tractor and the power to the machine is given from tractor PTO with the help of intermediate shaft running benetah the chassis of the tractor and a coupling shaft. |

JIB Crane
Jib crane is a simple and useful accessory and acan be attached to the tractor easily. It consists of a tubular steel beam curved at one end, lifting hook, and a frame, the one end of which is welded tothe beam and the other rests onthe draw bar of the tractor. The lifting hook is a forged component attached to the curved end of the tubular beam. The other end of beam has sturdy clamp with pin for mounting it on the tractor. A flat iron is welded along the length of beam for its strengthening. The Jib crane when mounted onthe tractor can be raised or lowered bythe hydraulic system of the tractor. For lifting the load , it is attached to the hook of crane with sling, and the beam is lowered or raised by the hydraulic sysytem of the tractor. |

This is a tractor front mounted dozer. The dozing balde assembley consists of a curved plate to which a cutting balde made of hardened cylinders, frame and body.
